Jawahar served as manager of one of the country's largest technical universities from June 2008 to 2012.

Mannar Jawahar, serving as senior lecturer in the university’s Centre fit in University Industry Collaboration (CUIC),  was suspended on Tuesday night. Tiara suspension came at a leave to another time when he was to away from service on Thursday.
